SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time the order is received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. If you are ordering during a promotion or holiday season, there may be delays due to high order volume.
Expedited orders must be placed by 11 AM EST for same-day dispatch. If you need your order processed quickly, please select an expedited shipping option at checkout.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS, with an estimated shipping time of 5-10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free ground shipping for all U.S. orders over $100. Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout.
If you require Next Day Delivery, an additional charge of $75 - $150 will apply, depending on the location.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! All orders shipped outside of the United States are sent via DHL or FedEx International.
All international orders may be subject to additional shipping charges based on the destination country's taxes, tariffs, and duties. These fees are not associated with our company and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. For more information, please contact DHL or FedEx.
Possible Delays
Customs clearance procedures in the destination country may cause delays, which are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment, you are still responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and the cost of returning the package to us.
Gifts
For international shipments marked as gifts, we are required by law to declare the value of the item on the customs form, and this cannot be altered.
